I'm configuring an integration application with our PBX using the TAPI drive
they offer. I have TAPI initialized and caller id working properly, but I nee
more information. Using the TAPI diagnostic tool from MSCRM-Addons, I notice
that they provide you a 'trace' of sort that includes all information in th
call (what DID was dialed, what number you're calling from, what extension yo
were transferred from, if you came from an auto-attendant). What i really nee
is to be able to store that trace in a variable, or a hidden text box, an

it for the information I want (like variables from the IVR and what number wa
called) but I can't find any TAPI Call Info that'll give me the entire trace
Also I need to be able to kill the trace a second after the phone rings as I'l
have all the information necessary by then. Any ideas would be greatl
appreciated.
