answer incoming calls and transfer calls

Hi,

I want to create application with C# to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to other internal.
My computer connected via modem to Panasonic KX-TEM824 PBX .
there are 3 lines.
How can I do this?
I’m beginner .

Hi,
do you alareyd have a TSP (TAPI Service Provider = TAPI driver) installed for your PBX?

After this you may want to check whether call answer and transfer are working properly with your setup by using some well known TAPI test applications like MS TAPI Browser and/or JulMar Phone.exe.
