TAPI API vendors ?

Hi

I need to develop a relatively simple TAPI interface between an Avaya IP Office system and Windows 7/8 PCs. As I'm short of time I'd like to make use of a pre-cooked API tool rather than grappling with TAPI directly.

I was recommended to www.exceletel.com but, whilst their stuff seems exactly what I want, they don't answer emails or phone calls and I suspect they might be having problems ??

Does anyone know of another vendor that can be recommended ?

Thanks

Brian

Hi Brian,

What are the requirements? When you say you need to develop a TAPI interface between the Avaya and Windows it sounds like you need to develop the Avaya TSP. But this is probably not the case. Do you then need to develop an application which uses the Avaya TSP? In that case, what functions should it support?

Personally I love the application 'phone.exe' from julmar (http://julmar.com/tapi -> TAPI Soft phone). It's a fairly complete TAPI tool and best of all, it comes with the source code. Oh, and it's free.

If I misunderstood, please let me know.

Kind regards,
Bram
